CUMANN NA mBUNSCOL HANDBALL:
Good Shepherd In Croke Park.

Double Honours For Good Shepherd Primary School Children.

Boys and girls from The Good Shepherd Primary School, Poleglass travelled to Kingscourt, County Cavan to play in the Allianz Cumann na mBunscol Handball Championships.

All the children played with great skill and determination and the school travelled homewards with two Ulster titles. Anthony McKenna and Conor Shaw (Rossa) won the Boys Under 11 Doubles title, while Nikita Conlon and Shauna Garland won the Girls Under 11 Doubles title.

The children represented Ulster in The All-Ireland Handball Skills Day in Croke Park and were well able to play at that level winning four of their six games. They certainly had a day they will remember for the rest of their lives. Let's hope they have many more visits to Croke Park with school and club.
